Policies

Turn around time: All orders will be ready for shipping within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated on the front page of our website. BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS OR THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER IF PLACED BEFORE 10AM. Custom orders will have a turn around time of 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. If you need order shipped sooner, please contact us. A rush fee may apply. *We cannot always make accommodations for rushed orders.

• Turn around times do NOT include shipping times.

 

Shipping policy: Most orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. If a product is damaged or missing, please do not hesitate to reach out. Claims cannot be filed on missing packages unless it has been more than 14 business days from the shipped date. Packages that are being shipped internationally or to military bases may experience delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

 

Pick up policy: Pick up is located at Contemporary Finds in Arnold, MO. Orders will be ready for pick up for 30 days once you’ve received a confirmation pick up email; if orders have not been picked up or shipping arrangements have not been made after 30 days then orders will be donated or resold and no refund will be given.

Return policy: All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will assess returns on a case-by-case basis. If we decide a return is the best course of action, then the customer must pay to have the order shipped back to us or return the item to Contemporary Finds.
